In skilled hands, a wet mount of vaginal secretions is a rapid and reliable method of determining the cause of a vaginal discharge.

The technique is easy to teach in group settings, and easier if you have some training materials.

OSCE Station: "Decreased Fetal Movement"

This station requires the students to perform a brief prenatal exam at 32 weeks and discover there has been a significant decrease in fetal movement.

When they order a non-stress test, it is non-reactive, requiring them to react to this information.
