Newsletter #7 for April 2016
Hi

Thanks for registering with The Gray Haired OBGYN Professional site.

This month, I produced a new video lecture for the M3's and decided to share the construction of it with you

Not everyone will want to make their own video lectures, but for those who do, this posting provides step by step instructions. Those who don't, will develop an appreciation for the complexities of this production, and some of the pitfalls to be avoided.
I start with the issues of:

  - Obtaining a Subject Matter Expert.
  - Choosing a Topic - the difficult part.
  - Developing the Script.

Then, I move to the Recording Session, describing the equipment I used, the coaching I gave the "Voice (Expert)", and a clip of the raw audio.

Audio Post Processing, is the massaging the audio to make it easier on the ears. I include clips of the "before" and "after" to illustrate my points.

Collecting Images and Graphics requires staying within "Fair Use" copyright guidelines, or using public domain materials.

Then I Add the Video Track - Using a program to assemble the different parts.

Finally, I Build a Web Page, to serve as the primary mechanism for distribution.

This is a little bit longer posting than I normally employ, but that's due to the complexity of the topic and detail of the discussion.
