By listening to your clients (and using their answers to inspire your content) you take a shortcut to content that resonates and converts.
Some people will suggest doing interviews after the fact, which is great (because time changes things), but I like integrating this genre of question into my onboarding and even discovery interviews so that I always have a supply of client insights.
This month, we’re going to cover four of my favorite client insight questions to use for content inspiration.

This is one that I like putting in the onboarding stage, because you typically have to dig deep.
It will help you read expectations and can translate into a deeper understanding of the benefits you offer from your clients’ perspective.
