I hope today finds you well and living with much peace and love in your heart.
My favorite season is upon us—Autumn—and just this morning I stepped out onto our deck, took a deep breath to savor the cool morning air, and I gave thanks for the gift of that. As I go on my daily walks, I'm attuned to the subtle changes of the season, especially looking for evidence of the trees turning in color. It's a simple practice, but I find it so settling, keeping me grounded
in appreciation.
Today, I am pleased to announce that I have posted a second FREE Sadhana on my website. This is an Autumn themed Sadhana—30 days of spiritual practice—focused on Change, as well as its underlying themes of letting go, forgiveness and surrender.
The month of practice invites you to take time to breathe each day and light a candle for yourself. There are videos, a creative writing exercise, a mandala activity and more; plenty of delicious practices that will help you attend to the soul invitations that Fall offers. I hope you will enjoy it and experience a deeper connection with the divine as you understand it. Blessings of the season upon you!
My dear friend, Ingrid Goff-Maidoff has released a new book of her poetry. This poem in particular is one of my favorites. After you read it, consider this reflection:
When you look at your world with eyes of love, what is the poem that is unfolding in your life today?
I'm sending many blessings your way for a meaningful day. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to support your spiritual journey during these times of radical awakening.
And, yes, just in case you are wondering, I am still offering 1-on-1 spiritual direction/guidance and mentoring. I am here to help.
