New Sweeping Reminder Signs To Be
Installed |
Due to popular demand and regulations, the Orange County Public Works Department will begin installing no parking signs on streets throughout Rossmoor. The hopes are that these signs
will help remind people which side of the street is being swept on which days. The reminder sign program should help everyone be much clearer about when they need to move their vehicles (and waste carts) from the street. The signs will begin to appear the week of October 17th and will eventually become part of every block in the tract. It’s Not About the Signs, It’s the
EnvironmentRemember, that it’s not about the signs or the parking ticket you may get for ignoring them. It’s about our streets and the way they affect our environment. Everyone plays a part in keeping our storm drains clear – just because you don’t see things in your gutter,
doesn’t mean your street is clean! Keep our oceans (we drain to Seal Beach) clean. Our families (and fish) swim in them!

Farmers Market - Thursday Andrew Do
Visits |
Remember  every Thursday, the Rossmoor Farmers Market happens at Rush Park. Meet some neighbors, listen to some live music, grab a snack or cup of coffee, and support our local vendors. Keep the Market the happening place it is becoming.  This week our District 1 Supervisor, Andrew Do, will stop by the Market for coffee with Rossmoor. Come out
and grab a nice hot cup of "joe" and ask the Supervisor any questions you may have while you get to know him a little better.  This week's featured vendor is Smokin Crackers. Founded by The Crackers Lady back in 2015, Smokin' Crackers are ideally suited to create new and exciting delight at your very first bite. Well known for selling delectable artisan crackers,
dips and luxury snacks in both Dallas and Southern California, Smokin' Crackers is worth stopping by for a taste treat to excite your senses. They serve a large assortment of tasty original seasoned crackers and while the selection changes based on season, their ingredients and how the creative original seasoned crackers taste will leave you with a smile. Need advice on seasoned crackers flavors? Are you spoiled for choice? Just
head over to one of them, and they'll have you sorted. The Market is open from 4:00 until 7:00 p.m. See you
there!

RHA appreciates these two LAHS Students for volunteering for the RHA to do some fall cleaning and reorganizing in our storage shed (the second student is in the
shadows of the photo). Along with Events Chair Jo Shade and 1st VP Marian Last (pictured, on the right), these two young ladies took what was a "hot mess" and helped get things in shape. The RHA is indebted to these young ladies!  If your high school student is looking for service hours, please text Jo Shade for  the details and to get on our list -->
