Hi ,

As I was writing this brief newsletter I realized it would be better if you were included in a bigger way. That's why I'm asking for help. Please tell me what you think is a better idea . . . Prevention? Treatment? Cure?

When my kids were little, we were all about prevention . . . like using guard rails so they wouldn't fall out of bed, or having them wear a helmet while bike riding. These are common sense mechanical tools for prevention. But when they got older, it was hard to avoid ear and respiratory infections, injuries, falls, and stress. Now, as we're all getting older, we want to steer clear of chronic situations like joint pain, or bad cells gone rogue, and, of course stress (always).

I know that if I really needed her, my doctor would be right there to help. But I don't. I'm in the prevention and self-care camp for life.

I spend a lot of time helping people get out of trouble. Bad cells, pain, sick animals . . . it would definitely be easier if we didn't have to do a major reset on health. Sometimes, that's what it takes.

So, please help me. What's your best plan for good health for life?

Wouldn't you like to have knees like these?

I'm no expert in reading x-rays, but the doctor said there's no arthritis in these 70 year old knees. Of course, I know that. My knees feel great, even with a torn medial meniscus. Rather than opting for surgery or drugs, I'm doing several things to help heal my knee naturally . . . and all of my methods are working!

Why is this so important?

Tearing a meniscus is fairly common, not only for humans, but also for animals. I think one of the main causes for this injury is dehydration and hardening (or mineralization) of soft tissue. Consider also the lack of circulation in a knee joint, stress, diet, and pre-mature aging.
