Hi ,

I was recently asked about perks from someone who was interested in the products and company I work with. Of course, that got me thinking about all kinds of things - intrinsic and profound included! But the best answer I can give is that it feels like a hug.

There's giving AND receiving in a hug. You get back what you put into it - trust, compassion, and warm fuzzy feelings of being supported and cared for. I'm sure that's not what they meant by perks. There's money, too. Compensation for loving my conversations with people feels good, like a hug!
