When it comes to healing, eveything is individual. You start with what you know, and get a little help, right? Yet, results vary and your protocol isn't a one-size-fits-all method. At the top of my list I might have diet/food, or detoxification, Reiki self every day, or . . . something specific that I need. The truth is, I'd always start helping
others by helping myself first. Oh, I know, it sounds SELF-ish. However, I've learned over the years that I really am much more effective in any task if I heal myself first.
