I'm delighted to share a little about what's happened over the past few months. Though many of us were hunkering down (myself included - for many reasons), there was also a profound shift in energy.
This Shift included first the tightening or contracting often associated with fear and stress. It's a natural response based on instinct. You might think of animals in the wild escaping a predator - all muscles firing, adrenaline rushing, senses heightened - until finally, after the chase there's a huge Release as the animal shakes it all off.
Some of us are better at shaking it off than others. The real Shift comes through when you recognize that there's no need to run and hide. That's when you step into your Personal Power.
Bring It to the Next Level
I want to be clear on these steps to help you Bring It to the Next Level of Personal Power. We're talking about not only personal health, but also your energy practice, your belief system, and the rituals (habits with intentions) you have in place to support yourself when the predator closes in.
Become Clear. Clear out toxins. Physical toxins (like heavy metals) make you a magnet for lower frequencies, interfere with all body processes, and slow down healing and recovery. Stop adding toxins to your environment, choosing toxic foods, or harmful personal care products. (How Toxic Are You? Have you taken the Toxicity Test?)
