The picture is so clear in my mind. I didn't want to waste time searching for my phone, because I knew it was time-sensitive. Since I didn't have my camera handy, I mentally captured the image from that precious moment forever.
All the right circumstances lined up for me to witness a Gift from the Universe.
In fact, it took me by surprise! I had to look twice, and yet again, I wasn't sure what I was seeing.
You might not agree that such a sight is actually a GIFT since it doesn't come in a package, bear a dollar sign, or have any of the typical characteristics of gifts.
However, I feel such JOY in my discovery of this gift that I know for a fact, that's what it is.

What Do Gifts Look Like?
For me, in that particular moment, as raindrops clung tentatively to my beloved birch tree's branches just outside my window, the sun glistened perfectly, and in just the right moment, created a cascade of twinkling lights of every color through the branches. 🌟
