Take Care of the Care Taker!
What can you do this weekend that is just for YOU?
Sometimes self care is large and obvious -a vacation or weekend away.
Other times, self care can be as simple as a few moments to yourself here and there - sipping your favorite coffee/tea or pausing to appreciating the moment you are in.
Some parents need social interaction to take care of themselves -calling a friend, being part of a support group, or taking a parenting class.
Others want the quiet and solitude of reading a few chapters in a book or going for a run/walk.
So, I'll ask again ...
What can you do this weekend that is just for YOU?
