Dear Parents and Players,
We are looking into another exciting week of camps. We'll have the regular chess camp at Palo Alto with Coach Matt, Coach Jasmine and Coach Faik!
We also are back with our super popular Strategy Games Camp! The space is filling up FAST.. so please register early to secure your space!

We also have the strongest master chess camp in the US organized this coming week at the BAC office!
We'll have World #6 GM Mamedyarov, along with other GMs such as: GM Mamedov, GM Naroditsky, GM Chirila, GM Zviad, IM Kavutskiy and IM-elect Aleskerov!
ALL the San Jose Hackers professional chess team will be in the BAC office on Tuesday!!! So get ready, Check our the details here and REGISTER!

Did you know that we'll be having the WORLD #6 player visiting BayAreaChess Monday and Tuesday?
GM Shakhriyar Mamedyarov just recently broke rating 2800.
He is also leading the Grandprix competition!
We'll be having a special Simultaneous exhibition with him on Monday at 6:30pm.
Come out and get signature and a photo with him, and even sit in for the simul if we still have space.

Regular Chess Camp |
Regular Camp: we welcome any child of 5 years or older to our Regular Chess Camps.
Prior chess knowledge is NOT required to attend the camp, we regularly get absolute beginners, beginner and intermediate players at these camps.

We have three main goals with our chess camps:
1. Have fun with chess
2. Improve chess skills
3. Provide other stimulating activities to maintain interest
We apply a novel approach, where we combine and blend Academia, Chess, and Games!
Each 4 hour instructional block consists of:
1. Chess puzzles & creative exercises to sharpen the brain.
2. Group instruction & Personalized coaching to improve chess skills.
3. Casual play to practice and enjoy Chess.
4. Hourly breaks for (free) snacks and recess.
