Stepping up to be of service
At the end of 2o23 I resumed the process of getting my voice out into the world. The enforced separation and isolation of the 'pandemic' years relayed a clear message to me of the utmost importance (not least to our mental health) of coming together in communities offering empathic, non-judgemental support for those at a loss to understand these tumultuous times and where they might be leading us.
To meet this need for clarity on the nature of our times for myself, I now realise why the latter half of my life (some 35 years) has been largely devoted to
metaphysical, classical, and contemporary philosophical study. I'm ready to speak (and write again) of what I've learned.
To this end, I have
arranged two in-person gatherings entitled Metaphysical Musings, at which I will tell the story of my awakening to my life's greater purpose. This is not an exercise in self-aggrandizement, more an illustration of how the traumatic or negative events of one's life are created for very good reason. They are there to steer us back onto our "way of spirit," our path of purpose, to bring us closer to a state of being described by mystics and philosophers alike as immersed
within the ubiquitous presence of Divine Love.
