Growing Nutrient Dense Food to Restore Your Health: Exclusive Webinar with Kay Baxter

Published: Mon, 03/27/17

Hey Folks,
Hope your Monday is off to a good start.  We had a blast
learning about Ecological Mead-Making last week, and this week…
we have a very special guest.

Joining us all the way from New Zealand, this Wednesday (U.S. time) we have Kay Baxter.  (That's Thursday for those of you in NZ or AUS)

Kay is a hero of mine and a champion when it comes to seed saving and growing nutrient dense food.  For over 30 years, Kay has ran the Koanga Institute, New Zealand’s most diverse and oldest heritage seed collection.  Apart from saving New Zealand’s seeds, Kay is one of the countries top educators when it comes to overcoming health deficiencies through a nutrient dense diet.

When I interned at Koanga for a season, I felt like I learned more about Ecology, Permaculture and Health in a few months from Kay than I did in 4 years of University.  She is a phenomenal teacher, and her lessons on restoring health with nutrient dense food should resonate with a great many of you.  Definitely come join this class, because you’ll get more out of it than you’ll ever though possible.

Also, we’re doing some great giveaways during and after the webinar, including books, heritage seeds, and even a workshop (for those of you in NZ).

Have a great week, and hope to see you on the presentation.
