Tim was an ecology enthusiast and an ecovillage volunteer
until he ran a kitchen experiment which changed his life. He made a batch of sprouted almond butter, and a lightbulb went on in his
head.
Tim had an epiphany that he could start a business based on a product
he loved, and that could fuel his greater dreams of Ecological Restoration.
For the last 5 years, Tim has been creating
and launching sprouted almond butter and coconut butter products, and has been growing his business at a steady pace. Eventually, Tim aims to close the loop by starting several Regenerative Almond Orchards across California. Quite a transformation in a few years time.
