Webinar with Ernst Goetsch, Elaine Ingham and Zach Weiss: Reversing Drought, Flood and Fire
Published: Wed, 09/22/21
Hi ,
Hope your week is going well. I wanted to share what promises to be a great opportunity. Tomorrow (Thursday September 23) Ernst Goetsch, Elaine Ingham and Zach Weiss are doing a webinar about a topic dear to my heart...Reversing Drought, Flood and Fire Cycles by Working with Nature.
Together, they have spent decades restoring water, soil, and biodiversity in their professions, and so I can't wait to see what they have to share. In our time of drought, fire, and flood cycles, the practical experience in restoring nature is a precious resource. Though I'm not hosting this webinar, it still should be a great event.
I also realized I didn't send out the replay of the webinar we did with Minni Jain. We had a fantastic time from her learning how decentralized water catchment reversed drought and mass migration in Rajasthan and other desert regions. It showed yet again that ecosystem restoration is our most vital tool for reversing the giant social problems of our age. Building an abundance of water, food, and healthy landscapes for all life is still possible, but it needs champions. You can
