I found taking it three hours after dinner and two hours before bed works best for me. It does not taste bitter anymore. It does a great job on the digestive system which is the key to good health, I have not gotten sick with a cold while taken this and i lost 5 lbs even though i am not overweight. At my annual physical my doctor tries to persuade me to go for a colonoscopy examination only because i am over 50 years old. He doesn't consider that my good diet of 90%

Memory Increase
It definitely helps... . I did not start to improve with the problem of residual memory loss and mental sluggishness until I started doing haritaki I used to have severe memory loss where I could not evenrecall how to reboot a computer .
