Most have been conditioned to be present to the aspects of Self that are filled with light and to abandon the aspects of Self that express as shadows. When seen through the lens of love, the opportunity to integrate the light AND the shadow is the true gift of life.
As a humanity we have been taught to believe that shadow means "bad" or "wrong", and thus when discomfort arises, be it physical, mental or emotional, we unconsciously use some strategy to artificially "lighten up" instead of integrating that shadow.
The ways in which we consciously or unconsciously hide our brilliance are simply by- products of separating from aspects of ourselves that were once deemed "wrong".
It does not matter if you are experiencing difficulty with health, relationships, finances or other forms of creativity. All of these challenges are opportunities to reclaim, the empowerment and authority you felt that you had to hide. We are all capable of simply shifting our energy out of the shadow.
However, using strategies to lighten ourselves up will always be a temporary "fix". Because if empowerment is arising from the shadows, that energy will continue to break through until we reclaim what it has to offer. Much like a young child who will constantly demand our attention until we meet the actual need, our shadow aspects will do the same thing.Thank
goodness it does.
Our shadows actually arise as the foundational part of our request to be all that we came here to be. You can't have the light without the shadow, and even if you could, I can prove to you that you would not want that to be the case!
We are also not here to suffer. That is the illusion of a bigger unconscious strategy that we collectively created. We are here to reclaim what we hid in the shadows, so that we can live the fullest expression of ourselves. We are here to be unique.
There has never been a better time in history to reclaim the grace of your own totality. There has never been a better time to have a clear and concise understanding of what is arising, why and remember how to integrate it.
The collective shadow is looming large at the moment and there is absolutely nothing to fear in that! In fact, it is one of the most beautiful signs that real and lasting transformation in on the horizon for humanity. When we learn to be present to the beauty and dynamics of our own orphaned spaces, we impact that world in the most effective way possible. We cannot expect
peace, harmony and balance, unless we create it within ourselves, but my oh my... when we do create this state within, our impact in the world is tremendous!

As each one of us does our part to invite the shadows (empowerment) of our own lives, with love, back into the whole, we support humanity to do the same! Let's be the change we have waited for!
