Welcome to November. First, let me state the obvious. Make sure you are breathing and are present to what is arising within you.
What do I mean by that. I mean that anything that you are feeling right now, be it emotion, thoughts or even physical challenges is part of what is arising in these pivotal moments and as such needs to be met with love, compassion and understanding.
When I checked in with you before writing this message, you showed me a bullseye. This bullseye was not a representation of the collective of humanity, but of you, the reader of this message.
The center of the bullseye represented those of you who have long practiced and become proficient in staying centered regardless of what is arising within you. You are the ones who know that regardless of what is going on "outside", it is most important that you treat your reactions and responses to the "external" word in a way that unifies instead of creates separation within you. You may be the ones who feel most comfortable
in solitude at the moment.
The next ring in the bullseye represented those who do not seem to be pulled by the outer energetic influences, be they subtle or not so subtle. This group is focused primarily in joy and well-being and are functioning in what I refer to as 'the space in between". You are the ones who are smiling a lot of the time, enjoying nature and creating community. This group also tends to just "not go there" when it comes to what is going on out in the
world.
The outer ring of the bullseye represented those who are "tapped in" to the collective energy. They may fluctuate in their ability to be present to what is coming up within themselves secondary to what is happening "out there". They are also the ones who have their finger on the pulse of the collective, yet have not quite understood that this position is primarily designed to exercise the energetic muscle of choice, clarity and
compassion.
If you are reading this and found yourself wishing you were in one group or the other or saying to yourself I'm "more than" because I fall here or there, then let me share with you the rest of what you showed me.
You showed me this deep inhale and exhale through all three rings. I saw a fluid movement from deep inside the center of the bullseye to the outer edges of it, followed by a deep inhale into the outer ring which was exhaled, in the other direction, into the center. I also saw that those of you who typically find yourself in one ring of the bullseye were inhaling into your space and exhaling out to those in other rings, supporting them
to play their roles with greater integrity.
Regardless of your typical focal point you were including and understanding that we all move through all of those rings in the bullseye. Fluidity it key as they are all supportive to the whole.
I was left with this deep appreciation for all of you and for everything and anything that unites. I like the idea of a human race that supports and fosters each member of it. I get that it is much easier to do that within a community of souls that do not fluctuate to far from a specific energetic norm, however we are called to practice supporting and unifying within our own community so that we can extend this opportunity out into the world at
large.
November will be loud. As aspects of humanity fight against the death (of the old) process, that process can become deeply uncomfortable not only for them, but for humanity as a whole.
This is just a gentle reminder that you are the ones breathing in the new. No matter where you find yourself in that bullseye, know that you are on target and just keep breathing. Know that your contribution is enhanced exponentially as you foster love, care and joy in your own world. It's OK to have a blast while the world is falling apart and it's ok when joy slips into sadness, grief and
anger.
It is not what arises in these days, but how you met what arises that literally makes all the difference in the world!
