Well here we go! As we enter the last quarter of this extraordinary year, you may notice that the energy is intensifying. Clearly politics and policies play a part in that. Regardless of what is playing out in the world, I would highly recommend that we use the heightened chaotic energy to be present to the parts of ourselves that are reactive to that energy.

 

October is going to pull and tug at our core patterns. This is purposeful and is an opportunity to reunite us with that which is foundational to us all.  Each will meet parts of themselves that they have not met for a long time. For some that will be a sense of their essence. For others expanded skills or awareness might emerge and for all of us, aspects that we now need to create anew will begin to surface.

 

As the collective emotional climate heightens it is likely that past beliefs, vows and perceptions that no longer serve you will be more easily noticed. For those who are comfortable being present to what arises from within and have a means to meet these various aspects with love, compassion and understanding, the next month will be fluid and even exciting.  For those not as comfortable with emotional energy, you are about to get a crash course in both positive and negative emotions that you did not know you had. 

 

This is by no means a threat, it is in fact an amazing opportunity. The energy of October is attempting to reunite us with the core of what we are. Not what someone else thinks we should be. Not what we have been imprinted to be, but beyond that which lies beyond positive or negative. October is going to invite us to the core of our Being. 

 

As it does so, it will ask us to review our lives and how we express within them. We will be reviewing that which unites, bridges, brings closer to common ground and that which divides. This is not an external review but an internal one. What within you unites and what divides you from yourself?

 

In October, we will get to see nuances within ourselves like never before. Pay attention. Be mindful. Most importantly be loving, kind and compassionate toward what arises within you. We can only offer this to the collective to the extent that we can offer it to ourselves. 

 

The time to be present to all aspects of you is NOW. Nothing can be left out, abandoned or disowned.

 

As we meet all aspects of ourselves we clear the path for a world based in love, compassion and understanding. As we pave that way within, we invite it into collective manifestation. This inward path is far more powerful than you can image and is the ultimate nonviolent protest.

I have often said that those diagnosed with autism are the prototype for the new human. I mean this with the utmost respect for the skills, gifts and awareness that they possess.

 

In this session we are going to address exactly how this population invites us to evolve and what they are asking that we evolve into. Humanity is in dire need of a "facelift". This means both how we face ourselves and how we facethose who are different from ourselves.

RISE ABOVE CHAOS

This session supports your physical, mental and emotional bodies so you can live above the chaos and create harmony in your lives and the lives of others. Letting what needs to fall away, do so, is key to this process. In this session we will also disconnect from the pull of collective drama and lower frequency experiences.

 

EMOTIONAL BODY CLEARING

It is common for those with heightened sensory awareness to take on the emotional body energy of others. Depending on the scope of a person’s energetic field, one can pick up the emotional patterns of their families, their communities and even humanity as a whole. During times of chaos attempting to process emotional information can be overwhelming and exhausting. This session, recorded during a recent Children’s Sanctuary call, restructures the way in which you process emotional body information thus enhancing your capacity to remain centered.
