Advanced Sensory System
The document below is part of Awesomism Practitioner Process Level One Series.

Hi

The advanced sensory system of children diagnosed with autism, those who are highly energetically sensitive/aware and/or who are primarily in a descension mode,  offers unique challenges and gifts.

These populations have a tendency to have clear access to higher dimensional information, which is rarely accessed by neuro-typical humans. This is challenging  because neuro-typical humans have no reference point for what these individuals are experiencing. To complicate matters, those who have access in this way (especially as children) are rarely conscious that their way of perceiving the world is different than those around them.

For a child diagnosed with autism and/or someone who has not yet fully integrated into the human experience this is complicated by the fact that even if someone was giving feedback that their perceptual reality was not common, the child is not integrated enough to pick up on that information and use it to modify their behavior.

The good news… is that because these populations are unable to modify their behavior and/or fit in based on neuro-typical models of processing, they frequently carry on, experiencing what they experience multi-dimensionally and expressing it to those around them, unaware that it is different.

For those neuro-typical humans who are willing to be curious regarding the behavioral differences of these populations, a vast unseen world can begin to make it self known.

Those with an advanced sensory system have the ability to see, hear, touch, taste and smell beyond what is considered typical. They perceive the unseen world as easily and in some cases easier than they perceive the seen world.

Vast amounts of subtle information is perceived and processed through the physical senses of these individuals. Simply stated, they can see, hear, taste, smell and feel things that most cannot. It also means that they interact through their physical bodies with that which is not typically experienced and therefore can appear odd in their behaviors.

We have all see someone who appears to be living in another world, talking to someone or something that appears to not be there. We typically call that person mentally ill and in some cases that may be “accurate”, however it may also be “true” that some of our newer populations are coming into this incarnation with access to subtle levels of information that to date has not been collectively experienced. This does not make this population disordered. It does make them appear different and it may even indicate a spiritual giftedness or intelligence. Take it one step further and it could denote an evolution in the human experience.

Let’s take a look at each of these advanced senses and explore what our newest populations may have access to that we do not. Generally speaking, the more refined the senses are, the more broad the information that is perceived. It is also true that the more refined the subtle sense perception is the more challenges this population has around heightened physical sensitivity for that sense. Example: A person who is able to see into various dimensions or realms with ease, may find challenges with their physical eye- sight and/or be more easily over stimulated by visual information.

Sight: Our newest populations have multidimensional sight meaning that they visually pick up, either in their minds eye, or through the physical sense of sight, subtle energy as if it was physically present. This may include seeing beings from other realms and dimensions, thoughts that have taken form, conditions and experiences hidden within the body, mind, emotions or souls of others, experiences from past or simultaneous incarnations or any other form of typically unseen information.

Hearing: To be able to hear beyond time and space can include the ability to hear beings and experiences from other realms and dimensions meaning anything that is not present in the physical environment. This population may be able to hear repetitive thoughts, messages from higher states of their own consciousness and information from those who are no longer in physical form. They also may hear what someone really intends to say, versus what they do say. They may hear other languages and frequencies, including languages of light and frequencies that are not typically within the human hearing range.

Touch: The sense of touch can be an intimate experience for most, however for those who have a multidimensional experience of touch, everything they come into contact with provides them with information. For example to touch water does not simply identify the characteristics of water such as liquid, cold, wet etc. In this case to touch water is to be in communication/communion with it. In this way, nothing/no one is simply touched. There is always an exchange of information between what is being touched and who is touching. For example when a child diagnosed with autism repeatedly touches the skin up and down your arm, they may be receiving information about your mood, the health of your body or your thought process etc.

Taste: This is one of the trickiest of senses for most multidimensional beings. Typically we gain vast amounts of unconscious information through both touch and taste however most of us completely miss the subtle information signaled through finger- tips and taste buds. What if ALL the information picked up by the taste buds was conscious? What if by tasting something, you knew not only all the flavors that were part of the dish, but also the “flavor” or mood of the person who made the food. What if you could taste consciousness, intention and/or life force. The ability to do just that is not uncommon for our newest populations.

Smell: We know that certain animals such as dogs have a sense of smell that far surpasses that of most humans. For those with a multidimensional sense of smell, there is at least as much information in a single sniff as a dog receives when checking out the neighborhood fire hydrant. This means that when an energetically sensitive child smells your hair, they are taking in information about you! They can tell details of your day, health, mood and state of consciousness just by snuggling up and digging their nose in deep.

The examples above are typical of the Advanced Sensory Experience of these populations, but by no means comprehensive. Hopefully they provide some general considerations and reasons for why they may appear so different in their behaviors.

Do you have an advanced sensory system, if so in what way? How are your behaviors different because of the awareness you have? Who are you able to explain your perception to and who simply has no reference for what you are sharing? Most of us are more like the kids than we know!
