Within every human being there is an inner community made up of various aspects. We all have great capacities
and deep vulnerabilities. We each have facets of ourselves that we understand and parts that we are completely clueless about. That is what it is to have an unconscious and a superconscious. That is what it is to be human.
We could also say that we are more than human. Many of us have memory or experiences that demonstrate that we have lived in different times, in other types of bodies and in expanded states of
consciousness. Yet even these awarenesses are aspects of ourselves that we know through our human lens.
We can say that there are aspects of ourselves that hold profound mastery and other aspects of ourselves that are just learning to crawl. Within all this awareness it is most important to understand that one is not broken because we have aspects of our totality that seem challenged.
In fact it is through our many aspects that we remember our wholeness. Each facet of our inner community plays a role. Each part of us helps to bring to the surface other aspects. Without challenge there would be no need to evoke our mastery. Without mastery, our inner vulnerabilities would perpetuate perceived limitations.
This is why it is important to be loving and compassionate to all
the parts of you that arise. There is no reason to beat ourselves up, just because that is what we might have been imprinted to do. If fact, when we offer ourselves what we would so readily give to others, we are applying our mastery and remembering our wholeness.
In February we are being asked to release ourselves from imprints and to the attachments that go along with them. We are asked to examine what emotions and stories
we are attached to. As we support ourselves through whatever arises, greater internal trust of self begins to take the place of those old stories and we re-program our inner community to act as one.
If we can't be kind to the inner aspects of ourselves, how can we expect the parts that need our support to make themselves known. If we push away the aspects that we have been conditioned not to like, how can those aspects trust
and be willing to come back into the fold of our wholeness, with all the capacities that they have hidden. Yes, it takes a bit of courage to meet what has not been fully met within us. That however is the invitation for February!
Every single part of you is important. Your wholeness in meaningful and positively impacts the world. Your wholeness however includes ALL OF YOU, so let's not leave anything out. Let's invite it all
to move from unconscious to conscious. Every single aspect that is fully met becomes a deepening personal experience of wholeness.
How do we release those internal aspects what no longer serve us, you might ask? It's simple we LOVE it. We meet it where it is and give it what it needs. The more we support all aspects of our inner community, the more we feel whole. The more we feel whole the more we trust and are inspired by the
lives we live here on planet Earth!
Big Love for ALL OF YOU!
Suzy
