Dear

There is an old adage that says "the best of times and the worst of times are the same time." Of course it all depends on our attention point.

In July, as the outer world gets louder and things that were hidden for eons rise up for all to finally see, it could be easy to get sucked into the story. Please remember that these stories of separation in no way represent the truth of who you are or where humanity is headed.

Our future is beautifully bright and in many ways we are already living that truth. Thus our attention point can stay focused right there no matter what is playing out in those around us. 

Many of us have been fine tuning this capacity for lifetimes and we know the drill. As we stay in what we know to be true and as we live from there, we literally demonstrate the new world reality. We don't have to save anyone, convince or try to negotiate with another's reality.  The best gift you can be to others is to be fully you! 

Simply live your life, full with all the wisdom you have gained and let others witness your life.  We never know who or how we are positively impacting another by being authentically who we are.

For those who already see through much of the illusion and choose to live beyond the pull of separation energy, July is simply asking us to do what we do best...Be Still and Know.

The more we are relying on our own internal guidance system and the more we are choosing that which unifies (love) over separation (fear) the more we are assisting humanity to do the same.  Live your lives in, through and as love and you will be contributing more to humanity than you could ever image without being pulled into or weighted down by external drama.

A good thing to remember in July is that everyone is doing the best they can. All are seeking love and most do not yet know how to give that to themselves so be easy on yourself and them. Set boundaries as needed and give yourself the time and space for stillness, even if it is just long enough for a few deep breaths.  Everything you need to know can be found right there!

I was made aware of altered forms or states of consciousness after retirement from my career as a research scientist in the biological sciences.

For the last 30yrs I have explored and practiced many of the avenues toward both higher consciousness and enlightenment.  I continue reading widely in those areas as well as in cosmology and afterlife studies.

I initially connected to Suzy because of her collaboration with Dr William A.Tiller on his intention experiments some years ago. My first experience of her group work (the Avatar Program) left me radiating energy, that was seen by another, as I walked in the forest. 

After the Avatar program I signed on for the monthly energy sessions and then the  New World Portal. Almost every session  has resulted in the felt sensation of a new energetic state. Much physical healing, often subtle, has happened as well. The New World Portal has been especially powerful.

SUZY'S BLOG

I have spent a lot of time on my own over the last few months ,being still and feeling the fluctuations that were just under the surface. With all that is moving and shaking in the world, it felt helpful to give myself the space to explore my inner workings deeper than ever before.

What are my strengths and weaknesses? How do I typically handle those? What have I learned in my life? What have I gained from past experiences and what have I lost? These were the questions that swirled in my mind.

The byproduct of all this introspection was the awareness that regardless of what the play of life is showing me, I get to decide what I do with that information. I get to choose my next steps based on my last. I get to benefit from life if I so chose and thus there never have been losses.

I also played with giving my attention to a wide variety of points of view just to see how they made me feel. I was curious if I could feel a completely different point of view just for the sake of noticing what happens within me when my story does not agree with another's. 

I noticed that at the end of the day that other's points of view and their experiences were just that... they were theirs. I didn't have to choose them and I could also learn something about myself from listening to them.

I then started to ask myself "What is it that I know for certain."  At first, I looked at my own personal experiences and what they had taught me and then I heard the question, "What is known through you"

That question was not answered from the inventory of my personal experiences but from some deeper place within. It seemed to me that within that still point I knew a lot more than I imagined for an about myself personally. I know that might sound funny coming from someone who basically lets information flow through for others on a daily basis, but this was personal. I learned that we all know more about ourselves than we might believe. 

That still point opens us to answers that cannot come from outside sources. It informs us of our best way forward and knows what the conscious mind cannot. That still point feels like an open channel to the divine, an invitation to be shown the importance of our lives, beyond our perceived strengths and limitations.

We have all heard "Be Still and Know", but how often are we still and do we actually want to know beyond what we believe is true? All I know for certain in this moment is that there is so much more to explore and whatever we think we know for certain is temporary at best.

With so much fluctuation as part of our collective evolution, I am wondering if more questions (fluidity) and less statements (rigidity) could be helpful in naturally and organically opening us to what that still point within wants to share?
