On the Call: Surgeon Gen. Rivkees, Stacy Lawson from Prometrics, AHCA Deputy Sec. Molly McKinstry, Curative CEO Fred Turner & Tom Parker from FHCA
COVID-19: Cases are up. Maintain strict safety, sanitation and monitoring protocols.
Best way to avoid Covid is to avoid crowds – Surgeon Gen. suggests we use this holiday to remind our employees of safety protocols.
New CNAs in the license pipeline: Stacy Lawson of Prometrics told us hundreds of CNAs are getting licensed under new rules, over 1,000 set to take the exam in July.
Applicants will have to wear masks at all times in the testing process.
Personal Care Attendant Program – may be extended passed the July 31 expiration date.

• New employees
o Need to be tested before they come in to work, off-site or with your kit but not inside the property
• What about tests for staff on vacation or leave
o These staff DO need to be tested BEFORE they (re)enter the facility.
• Two week testing cycle – is it every 2 weeks or once in every 2 week period.
