reCAPTCHA

To avoid spam, Google offers ReCaptcha to prevent bots from submitting fake data into your contact form. reCAPTCHA uses advanced risk analysis techniques to tell humans and bots apart.

The "I'm not a robot" Checkbox requires the user to click a checkbox indicating the user is not a robot. The checkmark may be sufficient, or else a 2-step process then asks the visitor to validate that they are human.
