Land at Bottom
These tours are available exclusively from Las Vegas. You can't do them from the South Rim. That's what makes them so unique and special. And people know it. That's why they are the first to sell out. The one I
like the best departs from the Vegas Strip and includes hotel transfers by limousine. Doesn't get any swankier that that! Check it out here...
Weight Limits
I like to think of helicopters as the "workhorses" of the sky. They're used for hauling everything imaginable, including people. But they have their limits. More specifically, weight limits. That said, there's one rim where there is no surcharge and I don't expect that to change in the near future so take advantage of that. Details here...
There's a number of ways to get to the Skywalk. The airplane just happens to be the best value. And it's faster than going overland. This
package includes a free VIP Skywalk ticket plus free hotel transfers. You get up to 5 hours to explore the top of the rim and walk the glass bridge. That's plenty of time to explore and why you want to book this airplane ride.
Air-Only Helicopter (Vegas)
This is our most basic helicopter tour and our cheapest. It covers all the bases, including Lake Mead and Hoover Dam. You'll cover a lot of Grand Canyon airspace and exit it by passing the Skywalk en route back
to Vegas. Total tour time is 3.5 hours hotel-to-hotel. This is definitely the tour you want if you are a) on a budget; and/or b) have a limited mount of time to do it. Get prices here...
South Rim 50 Mins (Deluxe)
Going to South Rim and looking for the trip that defines all trips? Look no further than the 50-minute deluxe. This tour's got it all. It devours the South Rim before heading to
the Park's east border. Then it crosses the Canyon and mows over the North Rim. By the time you're done, you've seen 75 percent of the Canyon. Want it? Here's how to get it...
Sunset Flight from Vegas
There's a couple of time slots that I really like. Morning is one of them. The other is sunset. Seems folks agree with me because sunset flights are
constantly selling out. The obvious reason for this is they depart once a day and are extremely limited. Then there's the romance-beauty-awesome factor. Seats extremely limited. Learn more here...
30-Minute South Rim w/ 4x4
This is my favorite South Rim air-ground tour. Even better, it's currently on sale. The air segment is 30-minutes and goes from South Rim to North Rim and back. The ground tour follows and is 2.5 hours inside
the National Park and includes your own personal guide/driver and two stops at select lookouts. Definitely one of the best all-around packages we've ever created. Book it here...
How to Get Front Seats
Helicopter tours by nature are special events. Limited in capacity and flying at a much lower altitude than planes, helis offer you views you can't imagine. Nearly all choppers have three seats in the back and two in the front. Here's details on chopper configurations. So how do you get to sit in the front. It's not easy and pretty much works like a lottery. Here's a couple of tips on how to put the odds in your favor.
