Hey it's Keith Kravitz,
It's now the end of May and as far as I'm concerned we are smack-dab in the middle of summer travel season.
Keep that in mind. Because if you find the tour you want at the time you want, I recommend you book it as it will sell out.
I'm not usually so anxious. But COVID has us adjusting our fleet and our flight times upwards. It's not an even trajectory so it's hard to tell when we'll be 100 percent back to our pre-pandemic ways.
Bottom line: Book early and book online. Read this if you need proof.
SUNSET
One tour that's getting a lot of attention is the sunset tour from Las Vegas. These are super limited because they depart once a day. They go over all the key landmarks and land at the bottom. It's the fly back that's at dusk and you'll be taking a tour over the Vegas Strip as the lights turn on.
LAS VEGAS
The air-only flight from Vegas is ideal for travelers on a tight budget or who have limited time. The follow the standard flight path and include terrific views of the National Park. There are two versions. The basic, which is cheapest, and the deluxe, which is more expensive.
SOUTH RIM
Hands down the best South Rim flight is the 50-minute deluxe. This terrific tour flies over the South Rim, East Rim, North Rim and back. In all, you'll have see up to 75 percent of the Canyon. That's no small feat considering it takes upwards of 5 hours to get to the North Rim from the South Rim by car!
PLANE
Our airplane tours are still coming online. The ones we do offer are limited but extraordinarily popular. From Vegas, we have our basic flyover and our Skywalk lander. South Rim features a fifty-minute flyer that is
an absolute steal at the current price. I will continue to update as I expect more plane packages to be available soon.
