There are no classes tomorrow. Back to normal on Wednesday. 

Members - don't forget to book June's classes if you have not already done so. 

Pay as you go - please make sure as soon as you have booked a fitness class you make payment.

Retreat 

I would like your feedback whether you would be interested in a half day retreat in January on a Saturday or Sunday afternoon? It would include a couple of classes, gong bath, which is good for relaxation, meditation and stress reduction and food. Let me know your thoughts via email [email protected]    

Holiday dates:

Ali - Monday 19th June and Monday 17th July.
Paula - week commencing Monday 17th July, all week.
Paula - Wednesday 23rd August to Wednesday 30th August inclusive. Classes return Thursday 31st August.
