When you drink aspartame, it breaks down above 85ºC amino acids and methanol.
Methanol then breaks down into formaldehyde (a known carcinogen), formic acid and Diketopiperazine (DKP) which is a brain tumour agent.
Is this really
something we really want to be ingesting into the body?
Aspartame was given its licence to be added to our food in 1981, so that’s not that long ago, not long enough to see the true horrors it will produce.

who joined KSFL and she gave up diet coke and for the first three days she suffered with shakes, feeling cold, she sat with a blanket on her. I have nothing but admiration for this lady because giving up something you enjoy is very difficult but she definitely reaped the benefits.
I say to my ladies in class if they can’t cut something out they enjoy start to eliminate it slowly from
their diet, their results won’t be as good but taking things slowly in their own time is a great way to move forward.
