Grandma Betty Joe "Honey' Hoskins was her name. I couldn’t wait every Thanksgiving to devour this Sweet Potato Pecan Pie. This is a vegan version of this pie, but the taste and comfort are still there.

This is a very near and dear recipe for me. Grandma Honey has been an ancestor since 2003, but it brings me great joy to honor her memory with this recipe. From my table to yours. ❤ Happy Holidays.
