Who is the course for?
The Advocacy Tools You NEED In Your Tool Box course is for parents of children aged 3 -21 (or your state’s age of transition completion) that have Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or who are waiting to be evaluated to see if they’re eligible for special education services and
supports.
If you have a child that is two years old and you are predicting they will receive special education services when they turn 3, please join us. You will be able to benefit from the class trainings and private membership group.
Everyone will have lifetime access to the course materials, videos, and resources. I will be adding new resources on an on-going basis to ensure the content is
current.
What will it be like taking an online course?
We will have Facebook live shows to present the material for each of the 7 modules. These live shows will be in our private Facebook group. If you can’t make the live show, the replay will be available in
our Facebook group.
Once you sign up for the course, you’ll get a thank you email with the link for our private, closed Facebook group.
There will also be handouts and other resources available, for each module. All the course material will on the internet. Once the course officially opens on Monday, August 14th you
will get a link for the site. This will be hosted on a secure site on the internet.
How long will it take me to finish the course?
The benefit of having a lifetime access to the course is, you don’t have to feel rushed to complete each module. This is a process, not a race.
I will add a new
module to the internet every two weeks. That will give people more time to watch the videos, chat with other members in our Facebook group about the current topics, and ask any questions you have.
Again, take your time, you’ll receive one of the new 7 modules every two weeks – but that doesn’t mean there’s a requirement to complete all the lessons in each module before you can get the following module.
How much support will be available?
You’ll be able to get your questions answered every time we have a Facebook live class and during our monthly group A for your Q live Facebook sessions.
If you aren’t able to attend the live sessions, no worries. You can post questions you want answered and I’ll answer those during the live show. When you watch the replay you’ll
be able to hear the answer to your question.
I’ll be in our private Facebook group at least 5 times per week to chat with you and/or answer questions. The Facebook group will be where the most interaction happens.
What about the cost of the course?
The online course, Advocacy Tools You NEED
In Your Tool Box is valued at $497. The value of the 4 Bonuses is $1,588. The total value is $2,058. When you join before midnight (Mtn. Time) on Tuesday, August 8th you will only need to pay $97.
You will only be charged once even though as a Founding Member you’ll have lifetime access to the course and bonuses.
If you join after midnight on Tuesday, August 8th the
price will be $297. That’s still a bargain. However, I’d love to see you save $200 and join before the price increases.
