Typically in the winter I don't want to grill. And in the summer I don't want to bake. But with this really amazing spring-like weather we're having this winter I've been using on our smoker a couple times each week. Meanwhile, I'm also baking because it's not actually hot outside. So turning on the oven doesn't bother me. It's the best of both worlds!
