Thanks to a lovely group of servant-hearted adults, Matt and I get to have a short get away. We haven't had any kid-less time in a very long while and actually, our kids' therapist "prescribed" this for us. We were visiting recently about our kids' needs and she understands the level of care these kids require. After discussing our kids she
said, "Laura, you and Matt have to have a break if you are going to keep up this pace." 😭
So the arrangements have been made, the frozen pizzas have been purchased for the kids, and we are heading out. We've been holding onto a Cheesecake Factory gift card someone gave us and we'll be using it today.
What do I get when I go to the Cheesecake Factory?
THIS SALAD. It is the most delicious. And see, I have a strategy. If I "only" eat a salad, then I still have room for cheesecake. Ah
yes, it's the best of both worlds.
