Trying to do this all week to save $$...

On Sunday I made a pork roast.

But by dinnertime it wasn't quite done and ready to eat. We squeaked by with some leftovers and now we get to eat pork roast all week!

With so many of us eating meals at this house, can I really make this pork roast last through five meals as I suggest here? I'll get back to you on that. But these ideas sure make it possible!

Snickerdoodle Bites

I need to make these this week. It's been a while and the kids have been requesting them! Even if they do call them "Mudballs" which is a different recipe entirely. :)
