I admit it, .
I used to have a Love-Hate relationship with being a coach and mentor.
But now I enjoy it more than ever. Here’s why …
Luckily, the art of coaching has evolved. Just a few years ago, the main way I coached people was via one-hour Zoom sessions.
Those are certainly helpful, and I still do them. But the thing with Zoom calls is you have to:
⮕ schedule the sessions
⮕ block off a chunk of your day on the calendar
⮕ Turn down invitations to things that conflict with your calls
⮕ deal with the inevitable last-minute emergencies that come up
⮕ re-schedule meetings
It’s a bit much for both the client and the coach.
That’s why I much prefer being a Coach on Call.
That way, the client sends me a text, voice memo, or video whenever they have a question or need clarity.
They do so at their convenience, in the moment, whenever inspiration strikes.
Then, at my
convenience, I respond with a text, voice memo, or video reply.
It’s so much more immediate and easier for both parties to work into busy schedules.
The fancy name for this is “asynchronous coaching.”
(I prefer to use the free Telegram app for these exchanges, FYI.)
I hired a coach last year who used this form of communication, and I loved it!
So now I include it with all of my coaching and mentoring programs.
In addition, I can also throw in:
⮕ Access to some of the hundreds of books, workshops, and courses I’ve created over the years on marketing, social media, branding,
YouTube, and more.
⮕ Access to our High-Vibe Tribe online community with weekly group events and inspiring discussion forums.
⮕ And an occasional Zoom call when needed.
Instead of a one-size-fits-all, set-in-stone program, I like to create personalized packages that fit the needs and budget of each person.
I’m best suited to help
you:
⮕ grow your YouTube channel
⮕ attract an audience to your heart-centered business
⮕ or just live a more positive and empowered life
There ya go.
