Gated Dual N-Back Training |
The HighIQPro app combines the classic dual n-back (DNB) with input and output gating.
Input gating is needed for flexible attention focus - the ability to switch rapidly between different sources of information. Training input gating improves focus, flexibility, self-control and resilience.
Output gating is needed for
learning, generalizing, reasoning, planning and decision-making - anything requiring abstracting from limited data. Training output gating improves these cognitive abilities.

Users report improved focus and concentration working on a task; improved mental endurance, improved cognitive performance for problem solving, decision-making, comprehension, etc, and 4/10 users also reported improved mood.
