It's been a while!
We are in the New Moon phase of planting seeds and working on manifesting goals and dreams, so I thought I'd share what I've been up to. Aquarius, the sign of the New Moon, symbolizes our big dreams in life. It can also bring unexpected or, even, chaotic events, and the general theme "in the air" (and for the last couple of years) is a push and pull between
the new and the old, tradition and innovation, boundaries and breaking free of limitations. The key is to untie the metaphorical know between these two aspects of our lives so that we can have both structure and freedom, new and exciting experiences from a solid foundation we have built, and so forth. On that note...
I'm teaching yoga with an online platform called Vivaya: Sunday Mornings
at 9:30 am. I've missed teaching on Sundays and am looking forward to starting this practice again - I hope I'll see some familiar faces. Vivaya has a variety of offerings in the Healing Arts and teachers from all over (including prior Yogaworks teachers).
I'm also teaching a Yoga Class for Kids Sundays at 2 pm (ages: 3 and 4 year olds) at the Wainwright House, in Rye. REGISTER HERE
And, finally, I'm offering Ayurveda (holistic wellness) Counseling sessions and Astrology Readings at Found Herbal in
