Hope all is well, !
Can you believe it is November already? Wow. Another year almost over. Gretchen Rubin has a saying, "The days are long, but the years are short." So true! This saying helps me to remember that I need to savor each day. So, I'm trying to be more mindful of the people and events that make up each day. That intentional awareness makes me more thankful for the people in my life and for my
experiences. I keep a written record of these observations in my planner so that, while the years may be short, my memories of these years will remain strong. I invite you to be more mindful in your daily lives, too.
