Even though I am heavily pushing our step by step over the shoulder video course The Membership Builder Masterclass PLR, I'm not going to focus solely on memberships or a learning center.
That said, I do want to talk to you about a principle that you should be teaching your customers...especially those in local areas.
My
subject...once again, is Amazon, yes.
The thing is they make most of their money from their digital division and servers. And because that's so profitable, they can compete in all of the other areas they're involved in by being cheaper and trying to maximize customer experience.
It's the principle that's often missed here by their local, physical competitors:
Sell (digital) expertise at a profit,
Sell everything else (physical and other stuff) to get
customers, even if you have to do so at a loss.
If you understand that you can take that concept to coach your customer why they need to sell a membership of some kind.
Some businesses that are unprofitable selling their "stuff" and
doing so with little or with no breathing room can be made profitable very quickly with an online membership.
