Video Business Plan for 2023
Regardless of what business plan you've chosen, if you want to sell to businesspeople it is your job to keep them educated.
This is where and why you'll be building out a membership.
Everything else you want to do is individual to you.
In 2020 - I've called it a learning center.
In 2022 - I called it a video academy.
You can use the terms interchangeably. It isn't important what you call it. It's just important that you be thinking about making sure that your customer knows you are serious about taking care of them on an ongoing basis.
What your membership is about is your niche, your USP, your slant. Basically, it's where you specialize. It's what separates you from the rest of the information marketers.
It's in your small sliver where you keep track of all of the news, new
books, podcasts, product creators, affiliates. It is what I call your sub-niche.
For example, if your niche is Seniors who only have the use of one hand, you should be able to teach those people how to start their own online business with specialized content about being a senior with limited mobility.
Do that content in YOUR voice.
Use our videos to teach them about things like Canva.
Don't spend your time re-voicing the videos I
provide to you.
I spend a considerable amount of time making sure that there are no personal references. Where you provide value is by organizing the content for your subniche. There is little to no value to you being the voice teaching them about ChatGPT or any of that stuff.
Just add our videos to that membership every month.
When you get twelve months of content, turn 12 months' worth into high ticket product for people that haven't been with you monthly.
Every week you will make
two offers;
1)New education (use our front-end PLR)
2)Access to all of the content in exchange for a monthly payment in your video academy or learning center.
If you buy all of our content at the
regular price of $27 on the front end and $37/$47 on the back end it can be pricey to do.
Even if you wait until we do a new release on Saturdays at $9 and $37 for a Tutorial Masterclass and $17/$27 for a DFY Masterclass, it can be pricey to keep it going.

And if you don't have a platform to deliver your course content you can use the one we provide to you. You can deliver our videos and you can also go back in time to get all of that Old PLR that you have sitting on your hard drive and get those offers into your

Sure, there is a learning curve to using the platform and you will need to find out how to fit it into your existing business. And it's like every other platform that hosts videos, it's imperfect.
And there are cooler
platforms with more features and integrations.
I tell people all of the time NOT to join just for the membership platform. It's something that I outsource and not the business I want to be in.
But I want people to start a
monthly membership with our content if they want to do so. I don't want there to be any barriers.
And truthfully, if you're being honest, how many times have you made a membership offer during 2023 with cooler and more elegant software?
The platform is incidental. What's important is that you make the offer.
