The point of me telling you this isn't whether it's a little or a lot of work to remake the videos. AI certainly reduces the time and effort involved, but re-doing videos in your own voice won't bring you any closer to a recurring income.
I think you know that, even if you don't want to acknowledge it.
The point is that you need to position yourself in a higher place in your customer's mind so that you can charge more and get them to associate their success with you. The question you'd ask me though is what should your pitch be and how it can be
different than everybody else in your niche.
And it's a good question and one I don't get often enough.
If everyone that opens this email uses the same market position that I am going to suggest that you take there would still not be
enough people in the market teaching it.
So, there won't be any saturation.
Also...
I don't have a magic
phrase or catchy way to say this. That's for you to come up with in a way that your niche will 'get'. What you need to understand is the concept.
What are you going to show people how to do that they don't already know?
Here is the positioning...
Likely your customers can figure out how to sell their stuff and get new customers. What they don't know how to do all of the little things necessary to systematically maximize their monetization.
They don't know how to keep customers.
And even if they don't know how to keep them, they don't know how to serve them in a way so that it becomes a no-brainer to do business with them. That is the what the videos that we sell to you teach them how to do.
Now...YOU need to figure out a "sexy" way to say that to get people interested. But the fact is that if you do the work for them and teach them right, you should increase their profits by a minimum of 20%.
If you were to take all of the videos and training that we've done and boil them into ONE message
and set of principles and practices, that is what it would be. That's whether you're selling to people that have no online business or people that have an existing business.
Your customer (and you too maybe) probably sees a new information product or a new coach or a new shiny object and thinks...."Yeah, AI...that's the ticket".
But the truth of it is that if they don't do the little things and put the right systems in place they may make a sale or two or even have a successful launch.
But will they build a business with recurring income and repeat customers?
It's unlikely, unless they're listening to you as you use and teach the content we've given you.
If you position yourself to do THAT work, you'll find that it is evergreen....always in style and always needed.
