A few years have passed since I originally did a PLR course called "The Product Snowball Formula". That course was really born right out of my personal experience and philosophy. So, much so that it became one of my 12 Core Principles: "Build a Product Snowball". (These are the 12 principles that I used to create the 52 Week Live Workshop PLR that you have as one of your included Ultimate Insider courses).
The idea in a Product Snowball is that you do launches repeatedly (regardless of niche) and gradually build up a buyer's list. Every launch
grows your buyer's list a little until it starts to snowball on its own.
Your first couple of launches may end up with sales numbers that seem like onesies and twosies... But those small numbers get added to your buyer's list.
Then, serendipitously an affiliate "finds out" about you on a
later launch and your numbers spike.
Each successive launch means your list grows a little.
Some will be "dogs" and flat out bomb.
Others will be "hits"
Others will be in the middle
A sizable number of marketers flat out quit because they don't see "hits" right out of the gate.
Here is what these once and done folks don't know. The information marketing game is about adult level consistency
and stamina. What I mean by adult level consistency and stamina is the same kind of stamina that you have probably exercised in getting up and going to work and/or being professional with ignorant people when you didn't want to in a past work life or present job.
If you do or have done that in your life, transfer THAT energy to your information marketing business.
It's the same muscle.
Regardless of niche, if you keep doing regular product launches (Use your discounted content) and gradually
grow your list you will eventually have enough of a list and following to launch on your own, affiliates or not.
Ultimate Insider Eric Dahl is doing his own product snowball in the W+ space right now in the niche of small business coaching and consulting. He is doing his second launch in two months.
As you can see, the formula works even if you don't want to launch PLR.

Bulid Trust with a List
Yesterday, I was doing an onboarding call and we discussed how the gentleman could be building the kind of list he'd want to launch something to. If you currently don't have a list and you don't want to launch to the MMO or W+/Zoo world, you start by doing a free weekly workshop as you see me doing on Saturday Nights. 30 minutes of free education every
week where you build a training archive.
Do it on Zoom or GoToWebinar, StreamYard, FB Live wherever...doesn't matter.
Share the replay on all of your social media.
At the end of every call make 3
invitations:
1)Join my list
2)Buy my product
3)Join my membership
Every single week do this.
If you don't have a topic that you want to do, get any of the DFY Live Masterclasses in your course inventory. Teach it.
If you don't want to teach it yourself (even though I think you should) record a bumper that says something like:
"We work with a training company who we
asked to teach you about...."
At the end...add your bumper with your 3 calls to action.
Then create a new video or audio.
Your bumper + DFY + Your Bumper
Regardless of how you're building your business or generating traffic or launching or podcasting or YouTubing, the Weekly workshop should be a non-negotiable.
Quiet as it's kept you can and should be doing this even if you DO want to launch in the MMO space. There is nobody for whom a free weekly workshop will not pay benefits.
