Hello
Today will be my first day back at my home office. As I write this, I am traveling by train from Chicago back to Harrisburg. I'm not entirely sure I avoided dangerous weather nor did I save any money, but all things being equal I can see
more train travel in my future.
I will be catching up on appointments and support tickets tomorrow into Tuesday. So, if I missed you this weekend, know that I have not abandoned the desk.
My decision not to release Expertise Monetization Playbook Volume Three (Traffic) has turned out to be the
best one. But it will now move back to next Saturday, This week, I will release DMarc, DKIM and SPF sending rules to you. This is something that you have probably taken care of by now, but I doubt seriously that your customers....who are less conversant than you and I in these things, will have done so.
And the wolves will show up with software that does it all for them and overpriced
services.
Your job, if you choose to accept it, is to protect your customers from these wolves. I have already seen some in our space.

Keeping Clients with Our Bonus: Last Night for Launch Price
I often refer to books with old-school advice from the late, Dr.
Thomas J. Stanley. One of those books was an audio only adaptation to a book he'd written on networking.
Dr. Stanley did quite a bit of research on the affluent and as a Marketing Professor, he wanted to teach his students how to develop a sales mindset...something he saw lacking in what they were learning in college. His networking book had 8 evergreen strategies, one of which was being
an advocate for your niche.
When I went through my phase of being really hyped about Dr. Stanley, I had planned to do a course based what I learned in the evergreen-ish networking book and then apply it to information marketing (the business you and I are in).
But when I finished the slides for Module
One: Being a Small Business Advocate, I abandoned the project because it was going to take me too long to finish the other seven modules for that week.
And then I forgot about it.
So, I am going to give you that part of the course as a bonus to my former partner Jonathan's PLR (the launch price expires
tonight at Midnight), which you can:
1)Tweak and teach as is with your own spin (Live or recorded)
2)Put it into your favorite AI and let it develop something new
3)Use the strategy in your own business (it is evergreen and works)

Conversion
I was re-listening to a Dan Kennedy audio training, yet again while driving the streets of Chicago. And I caught something that I may have skipped in the getting of a particular concept into my brain.
If you have been on any of my trainings, you will recognize something I have quoted from Kennedy, that we should be "making a sale to get a customer" instead
of only "getting a customer to make a sale".
That part, I got...but what I missed the first few times I listened to this session was the fact that in his view, we should be aiming toward "conversion". And not conversion in the terms of the math of sales/website hits.
The conversion
he means is in the religious sense. This kind of conversion means moving your customer from their way of thinking toward your way of thinking because deep in your heart you know and believe your way is best for them.
It also has as its goal that once you get somebody into your marketing funnel, your aim is not just transactions. It's to have that customer for life. And depending
on what you sell, to get their offspring too.
If that's the kind of business you're looking to build, that's what Laurel and I are looking to support you in.
