Even if it is delicious...


Are you a vegetarian? I love a good hamburger or steak, but we do try to eat at least one meatless dinner per week. 


There are so many benefits to going meatless, besides the animal cruelty. A dietician friend of mine told me it is rare for a vegan to have heart disease. Evidence says that you can keep your weight down and gain stronger bones.


One of the most interesting effects of going meatless is on the environment. Raising animals for food requires massive amounts of land, food, energy, and water. Does that sway your thoughts on eating meat?
