It is a pleasure to announce that New York Engineering Associates, P.C. (NYEA), established in 1987 by Neal M. Rudikoff, PE., has been sold to Louis P. Arena, P.E. Neal will continue working for the corporation as a P.E. and consultant for the foreseeable future, through a
transition arrangement, to ensure a smooth handover of the business.
The value in the business is created through the support of clients like yourself and we have worked hard to insure a seamless transition.
Louis recognizes that the investment in NYEA includes a premium for the goodwill that has been created through our good relationships with our existing clients, and he is keen to insure that he will protect that investment by working hard to keep existing customers happy.
No major changes are planned for the business and Louis will be seeking client feedback to identify how additional customer value can be created.
The employees support the sale and are positive about the future under new management.
