Minor Plan Changes Require a Post Approval Amendment Beginning Monday, March 15, 2021.

All minor plan changes for jobs after approval will require submission as a Post Approval
Amendment.
Per the attached service notice, minor changes on plans will no longer be accepted by the NYC DOB on an AI1 form. All plan changes must be filed as a PAA - Post Approval Amendment along with a PAA fee of
$100.00.
We are hoping that DOB will approve all plan changes that have currently been submitted through “HELP”, however, if they are not approved and processed by DOB before Monday, March
15th 2021, we will have to resubmit under the new procedure.
Please note that NYEA is not responsible for any filing fees required for any PAA’s for plan changes.
