This year we are providing Yoga classes at the Centre.
Ale is a local mum who attends the Centre with her son
and has recently started teaching yoga. We held trial sessions last year with wonderful feedback from the participants who were keen for classes to continue in 2024!
Ale provides a 4 week Basics Program to introduce her philosophy and the different styles of yoga. It is a great way of sampling her classes before enrolling for a term of
classes.
Please bring a yoga mat or blanket with you.
Creche is available for Monday morning sessions.
There are two Yoga Basics Programs starting soon;
- Monday 10-11am starting 19
February (no class on Public Holiday)
- Tuesday 6-7pm starting 5 March
