I'm a little late on this
one, but there was a lot of important information to cover. We've been covering gut health since January. There's been a lot of science and a lot of chronic illness and diseases being discussed by way of their link to what we eat, and even how we eat.
Today we step back a little and take a look at the bigger picture. We've learned how foods can directly impact the gut; and in turn how the gut then impacts health. There are other factors at play
though. To bring things full-circle we will look at toxins: what they are, where they are, how they are linked to the gut, and some tips on removing or replacing them.
