Daily Habits for Detoxing
Happy Sunday!! It's really hot here today. Loving it!! Got some sun time and now I'm taking a break and grabbing a late lunch.
My lunch is my second detox meal of the day. I start with a base of greens and add veggies, olives, sprouts, seeds, cilantro and an olive oil based dressing. Why the dressing? Because it's full of healthy fats which are necessary for the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins and nutrients; many of which are antioxidants.
Today's post is all about adopting a detox lifestyle. Detoxes seem to be all the rage these days. If you've seen or heard about them, you may be scratching your head (if it's not spinning) trying to figure out if they are worthwhile, why we might need them, and which one you should jump into.
