SEPTEMBER marked the official FIRST birthday of Engineers of Tomorrow incorporating as it's own national not-for-profit!

It's been an amazing transitional year for us and we are forever grateful to our supportive grass-roots community - our advisers, EIR program volunteers, EoT Alumni, collaborative partner organizations, and our extended EoT family and friends.

EIR 2019/2020 is underway!

EIR Orientation is hosted every fall to welcome new EIR volunteers and teachers to the program. This year 55 new engineers and 62 new schools joined the program!

We're excited to already be seeing some @EIRProgram buzz on twitter too! Returning engineers are already busy creating positive engineering experiences for students. Make sure to follow @EIRProgram on twitter to find out what's going on in classrooms across Ontario!

As we reflected back on September, the general theme for the month was IMPACT.

There were lots (lots!) of great conversations happening. We were talking to universities, forward thinking organizations, engaged community members, politicians, schools, school boards, and teachers. And each conversation was an opportunity to connect, understand, and listen.

We were also given the opportunity to create some impact by sharing our own story - the EoT story to a LOT of people all at once via TV! That's right....we were on TV. Connecting the general public to our work, and why it's so important.

We love every opportunity we can get to connect, learn and listen.
